A Historic Year for Wine Lovers
Every edition of Wine & Dine offers a unique experience, and 2025 is no exception. This year, the festival will celebrate the 170th anniversary of the prestigious Bordeaux 1855 Classification, a historic ranking that established the region’s greatest châteaux based on their reputation and trading price at the time. To commemorate this milestone, extremely rare and valuable bottles from acclaimed Bordeaux estates will be opened exclusively for attendees. At the Grand Wine Pavilion, a curated selection of wines—personally chosen by renowned wine critic James Suckling, known for his expertise in fine wines and detailed tasting notes—will be available for sampling. This gives festivalgoers the rare opportunity to taste exceptional vintages that are typically reserved for serious collectors or exclusive auctions.

Global Chefs Take the Stage
Food takes center stage at the festival, where The Tasting Room—a pop-up restaurant created exclusively for this occasion—will present a rare culinary experience. The Tasting Room will host a lineup of Michelin-starred chefs from major gastronomic cities: London, Beijing, Seoul, and Hong Kong. These distinguished chefs, typically accessible only via reservations secured months in advance at their renowned home establishments, will craft special, one-off menus just for festival-goers.
Festival highlights include Chef Andrew Wong of London’s critically acclaimed, two-Michelin-star A. Wong; Chef Cheung Yat Fung of Beijing’s prestigious three-Michelin-star Chao Shang Chao; and Korean celebrity chef Jung Ji-sun, known for her Seoul restaurant Tian Mi Mi and famous to Filipino audiences from Netflix’s Culinary Class War. Joining them will be prominent Hong Kong chefs Menex Cheung (China Tang) and Jayson Tang (Man Ho, JW Marriott Hong Kong), ensuring a fusion of global acclaim and local expertise marries in a truly unique dining event.

For culinary enthusiasts who long for the rare experience of dining at the world’s most exclusive restaurants, Gourmet Avenue offers a dream come true.
